I threw this little graphic together today because I needed a little pick me up, and thought I would share it because you might need a little pick me up too. It is going to be a long week, but I just have to believe in myself and things will turn out just fine!

5. Take breaks when you need to. I cannot stress this enough. When you need to take a break, do it! Get up, walk around your office, go outside and get some fresh air and a coffee, check your Facebook or Twitter feed, or just sit in silence for a little while. You are of no use to anyone if you aren't mentally there, so do everyone (including your stress response) a favor and take a little me time to recharge. These are all ways that I help myself stay grounded and in a good mood while I am at work. Granted, they don't always work and I do find myself getting stressed (often!), but I find that I am much less stressed than when I was before I incorporated all of these things into my office and work routine. I hope this is helpful!
